Early this month (Jan 2021) a policy was released that omitted UTLO members from tuition reimbursement.  UTLO challenged the MTA on this policy with a positive result.  The current direction is active UTLO members are entitled to tuition reimbursement.  Non UTLO Supts DO NOT have access to tuition assistance.

This is great news for our UTLO membership.  This s why we formed as a union.  We are stronger together!
