UTLO Members,  

The Commutation Pass Application is now available as defined in our contract.  Click the link below to find Commutation Pass Application and Pass Coordination list organized by Department.

The Pass Unit asked that each UTLO member complete and sign the Commutation Pass Application and submit it to their respective department’s Pass Coordinator for processing.  UTLO members must not send the  Commutation Pass Application directly to the Pass Unit.  UTLO members must not report to the Pass Unit in person.  

Once the Pass Unit receives the Commutation Pass application from the Pass Coordinator, the Pass Unit will send the passes out by courier to the Pass Coordinators for distribution.  As a reminder, the Pass Unit has up to 60 days from Board ratification to produce and distribute the new passes.
