Earlier this summer, Chairman Foye and MTA senior leadership briefed you and some of your colleagues in an informational discussion on the severity and scale of the projected deficits.  He would like to continue that dialog and has asked that I set up meetings with you and your selected attendees in order to provide you with the latest updates.  The purpose of these meetings will be informational only and I ask that you provide, in advance, the names of anyone else in your organization who you wish to attend.
