Agenda- Contract negotiations for Staten Island Railroad UTLO members.  SIRTOA members were added to UTLO on 09 AUG 2022.  As a result of UTLO PERB charge against MTA, this meeting will discuss SIRTOA being grandfathered into the current UTLO contract
