Any member that is considering retirement can request Retirement and Pension consultation session by filling out the form below.  Once eligibility* is confirmed, the Pension Consultant will:

• Advise the member on the procedures to retire whether service or disability;
• Provide the applicable forms via email;
• Assist the member fill the forms out;  and
• Work up the figures and go over the different options available to the member.

*ELIGIBILITY- Any active UTLO member in good standing, eligible for retirement may receive this benefit benefit once per lifetime.
