  • Leaders contribution to Health Care benefits should be equal to supervisory rates. Leaders pay over six times more for the same Supervisory plans.
  • Cost of living adjustment raises for all leaders in addition to program raises.
  • Compensation for all Mandatory Emergency Service hours.
  • Overtime compensation for regular work days exceeding 8 hours.
  • MTA Bus Leader Compensation and Retirement benefits must be equal to NYCT and MABSTOA.
  • Commuter Rail Passes for all Leaders.
  • Comp day banked in excess of one year to be paid out in cash.
  • Sick Leave Accumulation cash out at time of retirement to match supervisory option rate of 70%. Currently set at half of 240 total accumulated days or 120 day maximum cash out allowance.
  • Representation for all LeadersĀ at disciplinary hearings.
  • 10-15% minimum increase for pay scale promotional ladder.
  • 25/55 Retirement Plan contribution reimbursement.
  • Compression raises to correct salary disparitiesĀ in same title.
  • Pick Rights/Night Differential/Longevity Pay.
  • Create a mentoring compensation plan for Leaders when they are training newly hired or promoted Leaders.
  • Create work schedules that are designed to be ten hours per day, four days per week.
